Bad online delivery

Then sent the same pair of shoes twice to the wrong address. The second time I guess the people decided they shouldn't keep the second pair and brought them to my house. I never received my daughters shoes and they had to give me a refund! They use FEDEX why would you use a delivery service that clearly is unreliable! I'll never buy anything from them on line I never had this much of a hassle ordering online! Do not do it!

Almost perfect

I got extremely nervous because I saw all of the bad reviews. However, they came exactly as described. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is they got here one day late. Other than that, perfect.

I would honestly would put 0 star but…

I would honestly would put 0 star but you have to put at least one i order some shoes they gave me a date and time on when its going to be delivered and still nothing they tried to blame fedex all i want is a refund and i can't even get that the worst service ever.

Bought polo boots from them. Bad experience.

The soles started to fall of the boots in just a few days and the thin film of fake brown leather on the sides has torn to reveal the black material underneath on both sides of both shoes. Worst quality shoes I've ever bought. They were on sale and I still paid over $40 for them. That doesn't even include what I paid for shipping. (They were the Kedge lace-up boots)

Ordered two items

Ordered two items, received one item, and twelve days later the second item is still not delivered. Contacted customer service via online chat with Maria she stated she would re-order the item and have it shipped. Item was shipped and sitting with a created label for Fed-ex to pick up and it never was. Called customer service and spoke with a lady, she stated sometimes it takes 3-7 business days to ship, give it a few days, mind you it has already been 12 days. Contacted online chat, Maria again, explained the issue, screen shot Fedex update where it showed the item sitting in Ontario, CA waiting on pick up to be shipped. Maria stated she would create a new order and have the item shipped and would be delivered in two days. The very next day, i receive an email stating the order was canceled!! Email did not state if my money would be placed back on my debit card, just stated if items was purchased in store, a gift card would be issued for a refund. If this is what they consider good customer service, they're the worst by far. Will NEVER do business with this company ever again!! They have good quality items but their customer service is ridiculously sad. Maria, and whomever the lady was i spoke to over the phone most definitely need training. They both acted if it was going to take too much of their time to resolve this issue, and on top of that they both were very rude. 1 star but should be 0 I highly recommend Shoe Station!!

Just Horrible

My gf and I went yesterday to purchase 3 pairs of shoes. I was kind of excited to get new shoes, however my experience quickly killed my joy. First, thing is that we were all rudely told to wear a mask. Then, as I forgot I had one in my pocket the sales lady told me they sell masks if I wanted to shop. I put my mask on and begrudgingly began shopping. I only found one pair of shoes that I liked yet my size was not on the shelf. I asked another salesperson if they might have my size in the back. His response was: "we only have what is on the shelves, but we can order it for you".
I replied with "no thanks, I can do that myself". I wished I could have half of the time wasted in that sad excuse for a store. So, if you want to be ordered to wear a mask like a child, if you want to find awesome shoes that are not in your size, then look no further than Shoe Carnival Tyler, Texas...

Quick delivery

I ordered a pair of levi sneakers. They were delivered super quick. Even a day earlier than the date they sent me. They are exactly what I ordered and look great.

Shoe Carnival refused to give refund or…

Shoe Carnival refused to give refund or exchange to my 14 year old granddaughter for shoe I sent her for Christmas that were too small for her. I purchased them online on 11-2-2020 and gave them to her on 12-25-2020 for Christmas. Due to Covid-19 she has not been able to take them to a local store for exchange. She tried today and they said, because it had been over 60 days since they were purchased they could not exchange them. I will never purchased anything on line or in one of their stores ever again.

Online orders- not having knowledge of actual stock

Nathalie w/company as to why my order was cancelled-her response-I'm sorry, Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know exactly why the orders are getting cancelled, most probably we ran out of stock of the item

Shoe Carnival in Hot Springs Arkansas…

Shoe Carnival in Hot Springs Arkansas is horrible....You have to open every box because the shoes have been worn and is very noticeable....Management Sucks ass and doesn’t give 2 flying F

Never sent replacement item after numerous follow ups

I sent an item back as instructed and was supposed to get a replacement item sent within 2 days. Empty promises. After almost a month and numerous calls I am given the same mumbo jumbo how it is stuck in shipping, and they can't refund. When I say stuck in shipping means they never even shipped the item. It's in their warehouse.
I've had to dispute payment with my credit card company in hopes of getting my money back. Never shopping there again.

Why are we left out?

I WAS a customer, but due to organ failure, I'm retaining fluid & everything is swollen, including my feet.
I'm not the only one in this boat. Shoe Carnival does NOT seem to carry decent shoes like Skechers in the WIDE width people like me need. I guess they don't WANT to have us as customers.
